How to order?

You can place your order through our website.

Orders will be automatically CANCELLED if payment is not received within 24 HOURS. 

Kindly send us your order number and proof of payment via Instagram Message or Facebook messenger and wait for us to acknowledge your payment.

REMINDER

We will not fulfill new orders from customers who have

UNSETTLED BALANCES or PREVIOUS UNPAID ORDERS.

 

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 24-48 HOURS. 

Size Guide

Measurements are based on foot length and insole length.

For narrow and regular feet you can choose your regular size.

For wide feet and half sizes, we recommend to size up. 

To ensure the best fit, please check your foot length or compare with a pair of sandals you already own.

 

 

Payment Options

We accept payments through BPI, Metrobank or Gcash.

Sorry we do not offer Cash on Delivery yet.

 

Shipping 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in your cart, destination and shipping courier.

We ship nationwide via J&T or JRS. Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday only. Please note that the estimated delivery times are a guide only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier once products have been dispatched.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

Customers are only entitled for a replacement if product has a manufacturing defect or if wrong item was delivered. However, we require a video showing the condition of the external and internal packaging upon opening of the parcel so we can assess if the damage is a manufacturing defect or was incurred by the courier.

 Change of mind or mistake on the part of the customer does not entitle him/her to a refund or exchange.
